Can I change my ID

ID cannot be changed once you sign up.

You can do it at the BANG Golf Korea head office.

Where do I apply for testing?

You can do it by clicking Customer Support/Swing Analysis Request on our website.

What is the warranty A/S period of the product?

A

For the warranty period of the product,refer to the warranty period and A/S regulations for each model based on thedate of purchase.



Q

Where do I apply for A/S?

A

All A/S registration and processing can be done at the head office A/S center.


Customers who visit the A/S center during business hours (including lunch hours) can receive A/S on the day of the visit. Customers who live in regional areas or cannot visit the center can send the club to the address of the BANG Golf Korea head office (see the bottom of the website).


It may take 3-5 days when delivered by parcel delivery.


If you would like to know more accurate information on the locations of head office A/S center and designated agency, contact the head office at 1544-8070.

How long does the A/S process take?

A

It takes 1-2 days for the registration by visit and 4-5 days by parcel delivery.

It takes 2-3 days for the A/S period excluding the delivery time.

Once A/S is completed, delivery will be made to the area requested.

Can I send only part of the damaged parts for A/S?

A

You should send the whole damaged product (head and shaft) for A/S.

In addition, the condition of returning the damaged parts applies to all paid A/S expenses.

When can I use the club repaired?

A

A club with a replaced head and shaft can be used after at least 4 hours.

A club with a replaced grip can be used after at least 2 hours.

I have golf insurance and would like to know compensation procedure.

A

For customers with golf insurance

1. Firstly, take a picture of club parts needed for A/S with your phone to allow us carry out A/S check.

2. Let BANG Golf know that you have golf insurance when applying for A/S.

3. We send you the document to be submitted to the insurance company along with the clubs after A/S.

What are the business hours of BANG Golf Korea?

09:00am-18:00pm on Mondays to Saturdays (Holidays). Closed on Sundays.
